      Pros

      Working for a good cause since most clients are in cause marketing space. Decent pay (but it's not worth the trouble).

      Cons

      As good as he may be with clients, Paul is TERRIBLE with staff. Pathetic interpersonal skills. Super awkward and fake personality. No processes whatsoever. You're winging it with each project. Absolutely no growth opportunity. Insane turnover rate! RUN!!!

      Very creative and talented staff

      Cons

      Owner was dishonest to clients and made it difficult to work there. Very fake. He put on a very charming attitude to clients, but then turned around and openly speak ill of them. Did not treat his staff well. Would take on projects with unrealistic timelines and expect staff to bend over backwards to finish projects while he was at the cottage.

      I'm not sure the author of this comment, obviously someone who was unhappy at Haft2. I would like to speak directly to you as to your meaning of these outlandish comments posted. I believe the staff at Haft2 would very much disagree with with your comments. To be clear, I do not speak ill of clients behind their back. Haft2 promotes a transparent environment. BTW- I don't have a cottage, please get your facts straight.

      No chance for growth

      Pros

      If you want experience in the non-profit world or do annual reports. Strong focus on branding and colour if that interests you.

      Cons

      Clients are limited. Agency does not focus on winning new business or RFPs. Management focuses on fine details that do not matter and lacks a bigger picture focus. Not too much opportunity for full campaigns. Management micro manages too much and lacks trust in employees. Bad work/life balance. Management likes to play the blame game constantly. Revolving door with staff, no one lasts longer than a year. Negative undertones.
