Pros
Very friendly group of people. Management is approachable and staff reviews are fairly conducted. A lot of interesting work and a diverse client pool. Office hours are normal with no presenteeism expected. A nice part of London to work in.
Cons
Salaries are nothing special and there did not appear to be any defined scale.
