The company puts the client first even if it cost extra. The owners are personable, kind, and involved. They provide the staff with the resources to do good work. They strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. They also monitor the data collection to ensure clients are making progress.
Cons
We are at startup company so it takes time to get good systems in place. However, Haim is worth the growing pains.
