      Not a great place for associate attorneys

      Pros

      Salary is good but don’t let that be your only consideration.

      Cons

      Cold environment— no hellos in the morning or goodbyes in the evening. Very little etiquette can be found at this firm- don’t expect please or thank yous. The biggest con is the high turnover.

      People don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers/owners

      Health insurance, PTO, easy drive to work, snacks, nice office.

      Cons

      Owners and managers that do not know how to engage or manage employees. Partners not getting along, talking negatively about each other, constant stress of only having two clients, lack of resources to effectively run a business, Lots of stress and pressure.
