Challenging experience from day one with lack of respect from engineering staff

Flexible working, work life balance, provides opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of activities. Good benefits and salary packages.

Cons

Disapppointing within the last 7-9 months with restructuring and communicating change. Sending alot of money by hiring a number of interim staff when we are supposed to be cost cutting. I feel as though the Group board are losing the trust of their shareholders as they are not be kept abreast of the bigger picture.
