No communication unless they want something. Don't feel valued as an employer. Definitely not COVID secure no PPE provided or enforcement of social distancing. No way of contacting supervisors or management. Ran out of cleaning products, cloths, soap, mops. No way to properly clean to the standard needed when there was no stock. Only minimum wage. Didn't get access to payslips. As a vulnerable individual, I did not feel safe working here during the current COVID pandemic and I did not feel valued or cared about as an individual. My hospital appointments were in no way catered for and the other members of staff made me feel guilty for having to go to the hospital occasionally. I was given less than 24h notice of a shift and could not reschedule (nor should I have to with so little notice) my hospital appointment.
