I have been working at Halcyon Technologies full-time (More than 3 years). But till now I have not found my work satisfying. If you work at night or weekends also they will not provide any extra. There is no work flexibility, no proper infra, they will not follow any sort procedure in coding or in any other activities. if developers opt to follow the coding procedures also management will make hurry and not to follow, because such behavior many projects also gone. We have some BAJANA batch in the company and they will be involved in each and every work if they are not related to that work also.Coming to salary scale this company will follow their own procedure where no company will follow such processes in market. Fully money minded.Next about HR Department i have joined 3 years back and till now we have 10 HR's changed due to management procedures. If you get Offer letter form any HR he/she will not be their for many days. These guys cleverly lock the employee by collecting their all your education and previous working experince documents and ask us to sign the aggrement and if we break the agreement they will ask to serve you for 2 months notice period and ask you to pay 1 or 2 lacks of money based on your pay scale.this company was established in 2006 but till now the company strength not at crossed 100, When we are joining in the company HR will say the company strength is 200-300 but those are all are bogus words. so, I request every one not to join this company for you carer development.
