HalenHardy is a global leader in developing innovative tools to solve HSE issues across a wide range of industries. Because HalenHardy is still a relatively young company, the team is small and the input of each team member is appreciated and significant. The management, particularly any members of the Beaver family, will teach you more in a year than you could learn in an entire career at another company. If you're driven, a team player and willing to work hard, working at HalenHardy can provide a once-in-a-lifetime employment opportunity.
Cons
On the flipside of being a young and innovative company, employees are challenged to work hard, wear multiple hats, and push the envelope in terms of problem solving. For anyone who is willing to put in the work, this will not be a con and the results will be extremely awarding. However, for anyone looking to be complacent, you should stop before you start. You will not be a good fit with this team.

Some nice people, learned how to use printing equipment
Cons
Very inconsistent work schedule, would get called in with very little notice. CEO would play favorites. You would spend more time figuring out ways to fix things that don't matter rather than actually getting things done. No opportunity for advancement.
