This person encourages in-company fighting and works to undermine trust, cooperation and cohesion among staff, management and employees. Do to paranoia on demonstrated by the owner, employees are constantly back stabbing and spying on others with enticements of better pay and possible future promotions. Benefits are offered, but employees will suffer if PTO is used. Owner will be great and well mannered in your interview, but on your second day you'll see a difference. Job seekers beware, you do not want to work here! The experience and pay are not worth working in a hostile and toxic workplace.
