      Colleagues that work there are the reason many people stay

      Cons

      When I first started Halfords they were great they cared about customers and colleagues but now all the care about is there bonuses they get. No care what so ever for colleagues or anyone else. They want you to work with minimal staff but still produce all the numbers and want you to do 10 different things at once. Halfords for the last few years have been a toxic place to work. I don’t recommend it

      Manager was a idiot who had no respect for us The company hires people to manage from outside the company so they know nothing about cars and bikes Upper management is snobbish No real interest in your well-being Have to fight for your time
