      Layoffs, 32 hour weeks. Horrible horrible managers, continue to lose clients over poor work and worse execution, now everyone is jammed in 1/4 of the office!

      Ability to have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Management within the company is a mess. The wrong people are promoted for the wrong reasons. There is a high turn over rate. Don't get used to seeing the same people because they will leave or be laid-off. Quality of work is poor and the reputation of the company is falling, at this point it is possible that having Halker Consulting on my resume would hurt my career.

      Great deceivers to get companies contracts and turn in poor results. A band of individuals that their quality is deceive companies and people to get their goals.

      Cons

      Lies, promoting the worst people to a better position, backstabbing one of their best weapon.
