Worst working experience I have had

Pros

- my smaller team was very supportive and kind

Cons

- Graham Prior is incredibly unprofessional, particularly when speaking with female employees. The questions he asked in my second round interview were also around the potential of me starting a family soon, political views and how nice my outfit looked - all incredibly unprofessional and goes against the discrimination act - this company is notorious for moving deck chairs on the titanic and constantly moves managers and leaders who are known for bullying and have complaints against them, into another role or another department. - people are hired based on who Graham Prior believes is a good/well known name to have working for him, rather than being based on merit at all. - the company will not approve hiring more carers but are happy to watch the level of service plummet at each of the homes, particularly Karingal Green. How is it that H&P can't afford to pay people correctly but can have one rug at KG that costs more than a standard annual salary? - the turnover rates are higher than anywhere i have ever worked, with staff satisfaction rates so low, each staff member i spoke to when i resigned said "you are so lucky you can get out".
