Pros

They will give you a job if you're in desperate need of it. They constantly need new employees to replace the old ones that got sick of putting up with their undignified, dehumanizing, and unethical behaviors.

Cons

Unethical workplace practices - you will work overtime without being properly compensated, they will take away your vacation and sick hours without your consent, you will constantly see a mistake on your paystub regarding the work you put in and the pay you should be receiving, sometimes the pay is delayed for whatever reason, you have no rights as a worker because you are essentially an outsourced form of labor for the airline. I recommend you Google the lawsuit filed against them by Zeinab Salas - a lot of former employees (myself included) got a settlement check because she sued Hallmark for unethical and illegal workplace conduct regarding work hours and proper compensation.

Cons

They were suppose to hire me for full time. But i got part time hours for six months. I was hired for singapore airlines at JFK. They gave high hopes and delivered failure. Management gave their friends more than full time hours and the newbies got nothing. Literally 12 hours in a week. Do not join this company. It is a waste of your time, money and your whole energy.

Pros

- it’s at the airport - they give you money for transportation - some coworkers all get along and don’t like the same managers.

Cons

-they lie when you first get the job they make it seem like it’s something big. You do all these tests, get a thick handbook, have to do hours of tests just for when you start the job to be a basic job. - waste of time - short breaks -start too early -say bye bye to regular scheduling and everyday life. -managers are so disrespectful -a job you’ll keep for a month - managers have favorite workers - messed up pay check -pays minimum wage - break room stinks and is so small, you don’t have service in there - you have to remind them of your break and time you leave - need access to the room but jfk took forever to give us ID had to call or text mangers to open. - can’t buy nothing on break due to the fact we can’t pass TSA - we do TSA’s job but get paid way Lower and do more
