This is my first experience to work, since I'm a fresh graduate. My first experience begin with a big company. I really enjoy to work here. Fortunately, I have a good leader. The workload is acceptable. This company also has a good structure organization. The recruitment flow also organized well, so I don't get confuse at all.
Cons
Due to the company development, the demand of new hiring is so high. But it doesn't feel heavy because we work as a team.
