Decent pay, easy work life schedule if your friends with the people who manage Halo.
Cons
No advancement opportunities. As halo continues to grow and they get more work, the managers and owners pat their pockets and tell the small fries they are capped out on pay.
I was new to Oil & Gas and had pretty much no professional experience at all when I was hired. I have been with Halo for about 4 months now and I honestly enjoy going to work everyday.
Everyone there is willing to help when you don't understand something and the company has very positive vibe. When I started there wasn't even a sign on the door and I've watched more and more people get hired on. It is a fast paced, growing company, and I'm excited to see it continue to advance in the coming years.
Management is very hands off which I like. They aren't watching over your back or constantly checking up on you. They expect you to get work done but aren't afraid to help if you run into problems.
Cons
Space can get tight in the office and there are limited places to make phone calls
