Love Halo and their team environment!

I was new to Oil & Gas and had pretty much no professional experience at all when I was hired. I have been with Halo for about 4 months now and I honestly enjoy going to work everyday. Everyone there is willing to help when you don't understand something and the company has very positive vibe. When I started there wasn't even a sign on the door and I've watched more and more people get hired on. It is a fast paced, growing company, and I'm excited to see it continue to advance in the coming years. Management is very hands off which I like. They aren't watching over your back or constantly checking up on you. They expect you to get work done but aren't afraid to help if you run into problems.
