      They earn 200k a month and pay us minimum wage

      Pros

      Nice co workers, owners seem friendly enough

      Cons

      they are making upwards of 200k/ month in sales and they pay us mimimum wage. Mt's dont make over $35/hr when avg service ticket is about $150 per client. They force the MT's to clean the facility during unpaid time. The owners are legit millionares who are considered nice. It would be nice if I could afford my groceries.
