Good for young people to learn only - experienced stay away

- Great interesting Projects - ample experience gaining opportunities - good people , everyone is friendly and helpful
Cons
- They just don't care for their employees - IT infrastructure is the worst - no bonus , - a turkey for everyone at Christmas - Disconnect between plant 1 and plant 2 is huge no one is happy - Most people want to quit or looking for jobs outside. - timelines are set really tight and thus putting everyone under the gun - every single time - high turnover rate , people come and go like anything - no real promotion or growth, - bad hikes not even matching inflation - no flexible hours - cant wear jeans to work - safety shoes not paid by company -benefit /health plans is not the best - work hard and expect nothing -the shop guys have no or limited tools but are expected to perform work - the amount of stress level on engineers is insane. - if you dont negotiate / ask you don't get it - no initiate to make employee life better
