      Free coffee for now till they cut their budget again

      Cons

      Condescending managers of every department, they shame you over and over for doing your job and then when you actively “go by their ways” they flip and ask you what you’re doing. Useless.

      CEO makes base salary of 900k a year while highly feminized workforce makes minimum wage wage, reported gender pay gap of 22%, year on year slimming out the workforce via redundancies leaving remaining workforce to do more work and unpaid overtime while making record profits
