      Pros

      Hangar12 is a group of highly experienced people who are collaborative, fun, smart and always hungry to try out something new. We're 100% remote, and actually do it effectively. Leadership is awesome.

      Cons

      Onboarding as an employee is kind of a find-your-own way process, because our teams are so small. Everyone does a lot of different things, which can be hectic, but it's definitely not boring.

      Pros

      Hangar12 is a family of smart professionals after success for all their clients. Everyone is closely connected to achieve the best work for clients, even given the working remote environment. Working remote instills an entrepreneur spirit in everyone to further push unique thinking, work hard together, and gives a solid sense of ownership. While everyone works diligently hard, the work/life balance is beyond comparison from any other agency. Upper management ensures everyone enjoys their personal life & pushes a healthy balance, which in turn brings an attitude that makes you want to come to work.

      Cons

      - Not being able to bump into people along the hallway, but leveraging video conferencing and chat can easily fulfill your craving. - Benefits that come with large agencies (cell phone reimbursement, corporate discounts, etc).
