Pros
Hanlon offered me the opportunity to explore my creative skills and grow as a designer. They service a wide variety of clients and there's never a dull moment. Hanlon's flexibility and family atmosphere are incredibly welcoming and are what make it my favorite place I've ever worked.
Cons
Hanlon is team focused and communication and collaboration are a must. If you like working alone or tend to put yourself before the team, this is not the place for you.
