Toxic, weird, cliquey work culture at HPACC and concerning leadership values. There were numerous ethical red flags raised regarding ownership’s mission. The practices in place weren’t remotely transparent to clients nor employees. Every day felt like a new impossible challenge trying to adapt to the strange power hierarchies (Rampant gossip, passive aggression, double standards, rolling over to please the “Favorites” as to avoid hostility/backlash, zero space for pushback let alone feedback, general tense overtones) This workplace was uniquely unpleasant leaving me regularly disheartened.
