work full remote but they micromanage you so much it feels they live inside your home

no sense of team, you never even meet any of you colleagues
terrible pay
micromanagement
no recognition.
Love working remotely, and happy mammoth offers that, not only that, schedule is super flexible so no matter where i am in the world i can always move my schedule and pay is very fair as well
