      Great on the outside. Horrible on the inside.

      Pros

      Great co-workers which is the extent of the pros.

      Cons

      CEO is easily the worst I’ve ever had. She wants to control everyone and everything. PTO is “unlimited” but she guilts you for taking off too much time and makes you work while on vacation. There is absolutely no down time. Leadership team follows everything she says and they have no voices of their own. This goes for the rest of the team as well since they’re too scared to ever say how they really feel. Don’t plan on getting paid what you’re worth. You will be worked to death and get a measly raise every year if you’re lucky. DO NOT SIGN THE NONCOMPETE. It is an absolute joke and prevents you from working almost anywhere in the state. It is the only reason why people stay trapped working there. CEO plays favorites and only helps those that she likes. If you’re not young and white don’t bother applying. There is no diversity on the team. There is no forward movement just promises of things to come but never any promotions, career advancements, or better pay. Tout values and a great culture. It’s all a facade to make them seem great. Run. Run far far away.

      The Bad Outweighs the Good

      Decent benefits Smart employees Opportunities to learn Good work setup (MacBook, Thunderbolt display, etc...)

      Cons

      Some employees are treated better than others Awful leadership team Likely to use your non-compete against you Unprofessional work environment (there is a "popular" group) Constantly overworked Tight desk spaces

      Not Responsive or Professional. Cancel's Meetings. No Future Outlook.

      Pros

      Okay people in the workforce. Some people know what they're doing. CEO is not very professional and will cancel meetings last minute or not email or call you back for weeks. She will put the dirty work on her secretary, which is wrong and she won't handle her own situations. Some of their clients like them, mainly because the client isn't web, content or media savy at all.

      Cons

      CEO, Communication, Some qualified employees, not responsive, flakes on meetings, needs a management team, other competitors in the area are going above and beyond for there clients. They have no future outlook and are just content in the old ways.
