We are building Happydemics to become the #1 KPI measurement SAAS for brands. After several years at Happydemics, I've seen so many improvements! Going from 20 to 60 collaborators, switching from an agency model to a real SAAS solution, splitting our big monolith into several micro-services hosted on S3, recruiting our first DevOps, etc. If you are passionate by what you do, are expected to be challenged and desire to challenge others, Happydemics is the right place for you. There's zero politic at Happydemics. We are all on the same boat, working in the same direction: bring more client in, always propose new great features through a stable, secure and user oriented services. From the beginning, mutual trust has been part of my relationship with Happydemics and my managers. It has enabled be to propose solutions, implement them, sometimes fail, always learn and progress. It is how I've made my way at Happydemics, growing from Lead Dev to CTO. Coupled with great investments, I had the freedom to successfully grow our remote first engineering team from 1 developer to 16 today.
