      Very Supportive Company to Work For

      Pros

      You'll actually meet the CEO and probably talk with him a few times a year, he's a great guy and very generous to his employees. You can get ownership in the company. The recruiters and account executives are kind and supportive people.

      Cons

      They are limited to working with employers in just a few states.

      Pros

      Wonderful company filled with caring people who want to help you out. I'm a contract worker and obtaining a mortgage is very difficult. Harbinger employees went above and beyond to provide any/all documentation they could provide to make my lender happy. Very thankful! They genuinely listen to any troubles or concerns, and do a great job finding good fits for my skill set.

      Cons

      I have not had any negative experiences with this company in nearly five years.

      Pros

      They are easy to work for. They good compensation package. They take care of their employees at a personal level. Small enough that they make you feel like you are a part of a family.

      Cons

      There is nothing I can think of for the cons. I am just putting words here to get to the minimum this section requires.
