Pros

Kyle Vouris (3rd party sales coaching) is amazing! High visibility (13 person company) Room for creativity Relaxed office attire

Cons

-Terrible base salary- doesn't fit market for Austin -Long sales cycles: 1-2 years until you get commission -No WFM/Hybrid- Sales location is based in a hot garage, and environment is unenriched (cubicles, nasty, smell, bug problems ect.) -No room for growth -Bad work/life balance -Technologically antiquated (internet, laptops, monitors, printers, software ect.) -B2C Sales- (interview is misleading) -No stock options -2 weeks PTO - Unclear quota (none) - Software they have created has a bunch of bugs, and its embarrassing talking to customers when what you're selling doesn't work - Disorganization to the max Overall, a toxic work environment created by the CEO Lucas Siegel. Im telling you its almost laughable how bad this company is. Quit after 5 months which is never my style. There are a plethora of amazing companies to work for in Austin, TX. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Harbor Life.
