Pros

Majority of people on the ground level are professional and want to do the right thing for the right reasons.

Cons

A few toxic people taking so much away from what used to be a supportive, enjoyable workplace. Playing politics and if your face fits is more important than doing a good job and delivering. It’s a shame, it really does depend on who you work for, in which team.

Pros

The workload is remarkably light and the benefits are decent enough. It’s absolutely spot on if you have zero ambition, just want to coast along, and have no desire to learn anything new or stretch yourself anytime soon.

Cons

Unfortunately, the sheer amount of office politics here is frankly staggering. Promotions and pay rises seem to be based entirely on who is mates with whom, rather than actual merit or hard work.
