I usually don't write reviews at all but Unfortunately there were way to many downsides to Hardin Scientific than meets the eye to not tell people. 1. Terrible leadership 2. You can never be right about anything 3. lying about everything including money, funds, and paychecks 4. Micro Managing to the fullest and then scolded for not being innovative. Also having spouses look over the work being done when they are not even employees. 5. all suggestions completely shot down due to the "CEO knows better" 6.CEO things he knows absolutely everything 7. Trying to make you work endless hours even into the night with no compensation 8. So many lies to everyone including investors. 9. Lie about products being sold 10. Honestly it is just a terrible environment. Very toxic. 11. Widely unprofessional.
