      It's a waste of time to for this company.

      Cons

      You will just be wasting your time working in this horrible company. Harding Partners is managed by some of the most toxic but also dumbest people I've ever worked for. Saying that the management here is incompetent is an understatement. The managers not only fail to solve problems, but they also manage to make things worse!

      I work with like-minded individuals who also despise the horrible management.

      Cons

      The employees here despise the horrible and tyrannical leadership, and I don't blame them. We all agree that most of the managers here are toxic and hostile, and their terrible personalities and attitudes make them awful and ineffective leaders. The management rules though fear and intimidation - two things that no true leader would resort to.

      The stress and exhaustion I experienced in this company is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire career. The upper management is useless because our supervisors refuse to provide us with adequate support. The work hours are brutal, and some members of our time verbally abused and harassed by the upper management.
