This company is a corporate nightmare and a ruthless hierarchy.

No shortage of work. You’ll gain experience fast.

Cons

This entire company is extremely toxic, but the worst thing is the OWNER yelling at people who are just doing their jobs. The attitude around work life balance here is horrible. You will be harassed all the time, even for things you cannot imagine from all levels. If you really love yourself, this company is not the right place for you.

If you are smart, you won't look for pros here. Instead, you will look for the exit gate and leave as soon as you can.

Cons

The people at the top are fake. They glorify terrible things like brutal work hours and work stress, and make you think that your struggle will pay off. It won't. Please avoid these people and don't ruin your life. The work exhaustion and horrible work conditions will eventually wear you out and break you.

Good projects , but the leadership made everything harder than it needed to be

Pros

Some of the work was interesting, but that didn't make up for the problems.

Cons

Deadlines were completely unrealistic, and management refused to acknowledge the pressure they were putting on employees. The workload was insane, and the expectations were unreasonable. Creativity was stifled because leadership only cared about getting things done fast, not about quality. There was no real room for career growth, just constant stress and frustration.
