      Not Good Training

      Pros

      Provide helpful training but if you make errors it's a big deal.

      Cons

      Can't make errors ,need to be trained after 2 weeks or one day and get it. 1 1 employee frazzled. disorganized and throws all staff and management under the bus, and should not be training. Will do what it takes to get rid of employee if she doesn't approve of you.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, Benefits after 3 months, within driving distance off of Highway 1. Great people, genuinely care for you.

      Cons

      Most jobs have down time, when it slows down here it really slows down. If you cant sit for long periods of time, would not recommend working here. CEO handed me a magazine once saying sometimes it slows down, culture seems to be accepting of it being slow. High turn-over rate. Within 1 month of starting, 2 people left, within 2 months 3 people had left.
