Pros
Fantastic staff discount. Fantastic staff at all stores. All the managers are fantastic (in the stores).
Cons
Lack of direction. Knee jerk decisions based on small problems that could be easily worked out. Attempting to save money at every corner (I wasn’t paid my remaining holiday when I walked). Say what people want to here not what they need to hear. Promises that cannot be followed through on. One store didn’t have a clue what they were doing (not mentioning names) And the most important thing on a quite long list... absolutely no communication whatsoever. We never knew what was going on.
