      Worst Business Model to come from the UK

      Unless you’re related to the owner somehow, there aren’t any pros

      Hmmm, let’s see. A few of us were fired after about a month or 2 of basically building the facility for clients to start giving us work. Hard labor we weren’t qualified for. They could’ve at least bought us lunch everyday for the hard work we did, but they were using us to save money on general contract work. Owners son is in charge of the place and he’s not qualified for an opinion on anything creative or production wise. Short stubby dude that walks around with his hands in his pockets likes to take creepy photos of employees randomly, and next thing you know you’re fired. DO NOT WORK HERE. You’ll be looking for a new job unexpectedly within weeks of starting because you’ll either get fed up or you’ll be fired for anything without warning.

      Hypocritical Misogynistic Management

      Pros

      The industry is lucrative and the projects are fun with great clients to work with. Luxury retail design isn’t going away. The women in this company kick but and know how to keep clients happy and projects on time

      Cons

      This company is micro managed from the UK. It is a family business with no third party to stand up for the people in the trenches getting things over the line. They are hypocritical in their management and have no respect for the amount of hours needed or man power needed to take on the amount of jobs they say yes to.

      I couldn't think of any pros

      Cons

      They believe in slave labor; we worked hours that we never got paid for. They said they were going to feed us when we work on a jobsite all we got was nothing. The facility is extremely dangerous, I almost lost my arm on the cnc because of the forklift driver. They are not open to new ideas. Then they fired me before i could get any benefits, they literally hired me to fire me.
