Unsafe conditions for children. Children who consistently hurt others have no consequences. Children left unattended Management will work you to the bone then toss you when management no longer needs you. The owner and management will blame teachers when management is at fault Throws their teachers under the bus and lies to the parents when things happen. Puts teachers in impossible work conditions and then blames them and takes no accountability for what management could have done. Basically management never takes responsibility and they will throw you under the bus and fire you instead of helping you.

Horrible management. Insane Turnover rate, to the point it makes it hard to put certain kids to sleep at naptime because they are not used to new people or losing teachers they were comfortable with. Management didn’t report to state when employees would leave children outside.
