Harri is in a really exciting phase and it feels like we're on the precipice of making a big impact —product is evolving fast, leadership has the "where we're going" bit right, and there’s a clear - if somewhat daunting - push to make the platform genuinely best-in-class. Our clients are passionate, and it’s rewarding to support a mission that’s rooted fixing real problems. I’ve grown a ton here and feels like there's a long way to go.

Yes, it’s a bit of a cluster occasionally and at times your head spins — aka startup roots are still very present. Some reviews mention lack of structure and constantly shifting priorities, that’s the opportunity and somewhat just the reality of being in a high growth environment: if you’re someone who likes to help build things (vs just maintain), this place can be energizing, just make sure to keep your own space for focus and you'll do great.
