NOTHING - AVOID THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They are dishonest with clients. Good sales people who will do anything to get a deal over the line. This includes being dishonest, sneaky and unethical. Do not list with them or buy with them. This is a well known fact in the real estate industry. Make sure you do due diligence.
