Everything you touch can be improved to make life better for the employees you serve and lead.

Cons

Managment is a revolving door, average tenure is less than 6 months in the plant and lower for the leadership team. Managment, oversight, training, and support is severely lacking from administrative team in Canada and they have fostered a fear culture at the U.S. location.
