      - pays better than most restaurants for the role - lots of learning and development opportunities - promotes internal mobility and promotions - great managers and coworkers - invests a lot of time in properly training you on food, wine, service, etc - good people team and culture

      Cons

      long hours and difficult work life balance but that is just the nature of working in hospitality
