Hours are alright, pay you for overtime as office staff

Pretty much everything else. They don’t bother to train anyone, they can’t retain new staff. HR are very confused and lose people’s documents repeatedly, as well as issuing people’s personal information to anyone and everyone. Some really sad and unpleasant people who work there. This really is an embracing operation, there aren’t enough staff and the ones they manage to get, they can’t be bothered to train so they end up leaving. People claiming they are too busy to train you despite having time for 15 cigarettes and involving themselves in things that are no concern because it makes them feel important.
