They have no sense of time management. 9 times out of 10, they are late for meetings. Your time is never respected, so be ready to always be disturbed outside office hours. Boss does not believe in WLB. Pay is rarely on time either. Aside from disrespecting your time, they also disrespect you. No professionalism whatsoever. The boss is a control freak too so be prepared to be micromanaged. They might reel you in by telling you that you will be able to have flexible hours or remote work...
