      Set your own schedule, able to attend some events through the company.

      Cons

      No career growth, you're not really the manager for your department, leadership was weak.

      Pros

      For me, having a great workplace starts with the people. I've been very lucky to have a great team here in the Saskatoon office that have been instrumental in my career growth. I do feel like I'm fairly compensated for the role I was hired on for. While sometimes there are somewhat long hours, the work is rewarding.

      Cons

      While sometimes the hours can be long, not even necessarily a con. The technology stack could be a bit better BUT I've been with other organizations that have had worse so not a very big complaint either.
