Cons
Regardless of how well you are preforming, how positive you're attitude is, how punctual you are and how productive you are, if someone does not like your efforts nor you being there. They can and will find a way to get you out the door. Say, when your foreman assumes you're trying to get his daughters attention while you are obliviously staying on task, working as you've been instructed to do so, he has the power to have you terminated from the company with very little reason. They also keep the diversity to a bare minimum
