      Good PTO and bonuses, but growth requires politics

      PTO and quarterly bonus payouts

      Cons

      To move up, your politicking game needs to be strong, otherwise, you’re stuck at a level with no visibility or growth opportunities. A couple of managers seem very clique-y. They have a lot of time to talk about others but a lot less time to develop and help out their staff.

      Cons

      Unqualified and inexperienced management, poor knowledge of regulatory compliance, poor ethics. No growth opportunities. Poor salaries and bonuses. Lots of layoffs.
