Pros

Free snacks and some very nice lower level people. That's about it. There is good parking across the street too.

Cons

Stab you in the back mentality. Everyone covers their own butt. Budgets are a joke! The cash flow is hideous and they throw money at luxury travel and other expenses while laying off necessary people. It's a next of vipers. Avoid!!!

Pros

None except that it offers a paycheck and they even screw that up on a regular basis. There is no other reason to consider working for this mess.

Cons

Constant turnover and overly incompetent upper management. Treat employees like they are slaves - offer no training and provide no encouragement despite crappy conditions.

People, decent benefits, average wages, PTO policy.

Cons

Sr Mgt has no appreciation for skilled and knowledgeable employees. Nor do they have any experience in the soil and mulch industry. In an industry that on time delivery is crucial - these people are lost and inept. No one has more than 1-2 years experience in any department. Sr Mgt is so focused on new product line development - that they fail to see that the products that pay the bills are not in stock and orders are unfillable. And product that is in stock - is not delivered on time. 80% of business is Lowes - if they lose Lowes - the company will fail. This company is one bad season away from going under and 2017 may be it.
