      Pros

      Remote work is convenient, and a lot of the people are nice.

      Cons

      In about five years we've gone from "please avoid buying from Amazon if you can" to an announcement that "all political discussions are prohibited" the Friday before a certain inauguration.

      Pros

      The people are great; reasonable, kind, empathetic, and super smart. I couldn't ask for better teammates! It's a great place to grow. There is the possibility of leveling up or moving to a different work function, and there's a generous education budget. There are competitive benefits, and one of my favorite benefits is non-profit donation matching, and a regular process of nominating and voting on great non-profits for the company to donate to.

      Cons

      Working on a really small team has posed workload challenges and has been stressful at times.
