Pros
1. Discounted price for staff at all sub-company such as restaurant and news (mini market). 2. Mall hour (10 am - 10 pm, daily) 3. 2 shifts 4. 2 times break for morning shift, 3 times break for evening shift 5. Don't have claim for MC, but get 1 day salary instead
Cons
1. No salary increment 2. On-off allowance (company will cut off the allowance if there's any change in government's law, Eg: Salary increment for private sector is RM,1500) 3. Overtime is not allowed even though they short of staff 4. Long holiday were not allowed 5. Management always gashlight the workers 6. No bonus

Friendly management, sometimes they give you free foods. On occasion, they give you duit raya or angpaw On Fridays can wear semi casual instead of uniform
Cons
Low wage, about half the national minimum wage.
