Pros
* an SME company with MNC GLC level of corporate style. Fast pace but with good benefits for the staffs (atleast as an sme company level). * Happening & friendly colleagues. If you're hired here that means you're above average tbh. * Annual bonus . Raya Bonus. * Lot of allowance & staff welfare. Wedding gifts, childbirth benefits,welfare staff children n many more. * Retreat 3 times in a year. * Flexi hours * A good listener bosses but they are super busy. chase them if you want to talk with them haha.
Cons
Fast pace. Obviously. Bad time management from top management. Competitive salary but low increment rate.
