Pros
Good learnings. Its fast paced. Colleagues are great. No pollution in the area the company is located. There are good stay options around. Company also emphasises on developing soft skills. Overall a good company with friendly colleagues and managers.
Cons
The location is a bit far from the city and is still developing, hence it might feel a little deserted. As company works with clients in different countries, you might have to work till late in the night to overlap with the team sometimes.
