Upper management is a disaster. They insist on exerting their authority over the slightest issues, and if you disagree you are often entirely ignored or sometimes even outright punished. They also constantly seem to be on vacation, despite the fact that employees only get 2 weeks accrued no matter how long you've been there and no sick days. Additionally, they often have no clue what they're talking about, and will criticize results that they both don't understand and will not listen about. Also the pay is a bit lower than most other positions at this level and while it does grow over time, it doesn't really keep up with industry averages

Be aware the 5 star reviews are directed by Management. The lack of communication, no transparency, playing favorites (one person on a team can work remotely but others can't with NO reason even if hired that way!), horrible pay for industry standards of the same size of bigger, the executive team is either way too involved or literally nothing, and finally just bad business (lack there of) practices for such a larger business.
