      Good variety of work available, potential to change disciplines. Lots of on site opportunities in Sudbury. Potential to travel if interested. Good people.

      Cons

      No meaningful input or feedback to management. Unethical practices for billing clients. 100% billable policy for all employee. Expectation of little work life balance if you are looking to advance.

      Can put in work to get ownership, lots of good opportunities to do site work, able to be creative in approach to solving problems

      Cons

      Need to constantly self advocate. No flexibility in remote work policies (no remote work). Unless you have shares in the company, the pay is pretty terrible...
